Lizzie McGuireHilary Duff.You know why? Because she should really stick to singing and forget acting. She makes much better music. And this song was the moment I fell in love. I don’t even know why… Maybe because it’s so dramatic? (It helps that the video was even more dramatic).
Or maybe I love it so much because I love symbolic lyrics that don’t really make a whole lot of sense. I’m not sure what it’s supposed to mean that she wants to feel the thunder, or that she wants the rain to wash away her sanity. But I do know that I love it, so whatevs.
I’ll just sit back and enjoy the vaguely orgasmic symbolism (think about it).
